We are in Riu d'Or School, in Santpedor. Our school has around 400 pupils, from 3 to 12 years old. They are in kindergarten and primary education. The teacher staff is composed for around 30 people.

Children take their first touch with English language when 4 years old and they improve their knowledge until their change to high school.

Besides the English language lessons, above what is established, our pupils receive Physical Education lessons in English, during two years in kindergarten. In 2015 we increased the exposition of our children to English language. In primary education, the lessons of Art and Craft started to be in English four years ago. The last two courses of primary, the lessons of Social Science are in English, too.

So that's why we joined to the GEP programme, to improve our teaching strategies and to take advantage of GEP opportunities. Our project is called LET'S ENGLISH Riu d'Or.
