During this second year of GEP we have been working on PBL projects. In my opinion learning about this method has been very interesting and useful. Learning about a method in which students learn by actively engaging in real-world and personally meaningful projects is a new way of teaching and learning which I didn’t know before GEP 2.

On one hand preparing and thinking my project wasn’t an easy task, but from my point of view this effort is grateful and very positive, for me and my students. 

On the other hand I have to say that I couldn’t carry on all the project because of the COVID-19. I started it with 5th grade students and we could do 3 sessions. My sensations are that children enjoyed the activities and they were engaged with the final product.

I hope that next year I can implement this PBL.
